These caravans are located in the camping area of Maia de Montcal in the province of Girona. Ideally located, it is just 10 minutes to Besalú and a 20-minute drive to Banyoles. It is also near a number of beautiful parks and glampers can reach the Costa Brava in half an hour. Paraje Natural de la Albera is also 50 minutes from the property while both the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park and Regional Park of the Catalan Pyrenees are under two hours away. The Regional Park of the Catalan Pyrenees is also home to the national nature reserve of Eyne Valley and Canigou—a famous Catalonian mountain that overlooks the Roussillon plain and the Mediterranean Sea.
With its medieval architecture and roman remains, the beautiful city of Girona is a must visit. Rich in culture and history there are many action sites to visit such as the Cathedral, the Museu d’Història dels Jueus de Girona, and the Arab Baths. During the summer, glampers can also soak up the sun on the beaches of the Costa Brava.
