There are three luxury tents available at this glamping property on the peninsula of Kalpitiya in Sri Lanka, and they're surrounded by both the Puttalam Lagoon and the Indian Ocean. Each tent can sleep three adults or two adults and one child, though there is a maximum of two children per tent. These lagoon-front tents each come with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and full board, which includes delicious fresh seafood. Each tent also has a bathroom with a toilet, a shower, and a sink. Linens and towels are provided.

This is an eco-friendly property that runs solely on solar-powered energy. There are no televisions nor telephones.

This glamping property is located on Dutch Bay Island in Kalpitiya, Sri Lanka. Kalpitiya is a peninsula that is made up of 14 different islands on the northwestern coast of Sri Lanka, and the area is known for its dolphin watching, kitesurfing, and fishing, in addition to its tranquil natural beauty. The luxury tents are set in an exclusive mangrove reserve and face the Puttalam Lagoon, which features shallow turquoise waters and stunning views, with the Indian Ocean to the other side of them. The capital of Colombo is just 120 kilometers south of this glamping site.

Glampers can prepare themselves for plenty of wildlife viewing, particularly dolphin and whale watching activities, thanks to the Spinner, Bottlenose, and Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins, as well as the Sperm, Blue, and rare Dugong whales. There are also Olive Ridley turtles in the area, as well as a large number of native and migratory birds. In fact, this area of Sri Lanka has the highest dolphin sighting ratio of around 93%!

In addition, swimming, snorkeling, and diving are very popular activities here, and the best time to do any of them is from November to April. As previously mentioned, kite surfing is also a favorite pastime, and kite surfing aficionados come to the area in high numbers from May to August, when the conditions for this sport are most ideal.

This glamping property includes full board in the daily rate. Check-in is at 2:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

Each tent can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and one child. Children under five years old can stay with full board for free in the same tent with their parents. There is a maximum of two children per tent. Children between 5 and 12 years of age will be 50% per child when accompanied by paying adults.

This property does not permit any pets at the camping site, and guests staying at the camping site are not permitted to harm or pollute the surrounding marine ecosystem.

Anyone visiting guests of this glamping property must leave the premises by 4 p.m. daily, which is a firmly maintained rule. Breakfast and dinner will be only severed to overnight guests.
