This idyllic hut rental is located right at the feet of the Blackdown Hills of Devon, England, and can accommodate up to two adults and two children for a glamping getaway full of outdoor recreation, rural tranquility, and reconnection to nature. Inside the hut, guests will find a studio-style bedroom, a living area, a kitchen, and a full ensuite shower room
The cozy bedroom area features a set of built-in bunk beds that consist of a hand-made, solid wood king-size bed on the bottom and a pair of twin beds separated by a wooden partition on the top. The bottom bunk is complemented by a wall-mounted, flat-screen television that guests can watch from the comfort of their bed. For groups containing a third child, the hut has enough space for guests to set up a cot, which guests will need to bring with them.
In the bathroom, guests will find a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Linens and towels are provided. The living area is furnished with a sofa that faces a wood-burning stove, providing a cozy space in which to relax. The fully-equipped, handcrafted kitchen comes with an oven, a stove, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator. Other amenities include underfloor heating.
Outside, guests will find a 67-jet, American-made hot tub, a picnic table, lounge chairs, a fire pit, a barbecue, and a pizza oven. Guests will also enjoy unlimited access to a Scandinavian barrel sauna, which is shared with the site's one other hut.

At the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, guests will find a variety of trails for walking and cycling. Further afield, at Exmoor National Park, guests will find more trails for walking, running, hiking, and horseback riding, as well as opportunities to go rock climbing on routes that scale the park's coastal cliffs. In the waters below, guests can go fishing and sea kayaking. Guests interested in canoeing can head to Wimbleball Lake, the River Barle, East Lyn, and the River Dart. The latter is located in Dartmoor National Park, where guests will also find trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
Other options include fishing at Goodiford Mill Fishery and Digger Lakes, visiting the Diggerland UK theme park, and touring the woodland park of Wildwood Escot, where guests can enjoy nature trails, 220 acres of parkland, historic gardens, a maze composed of 4,000 beech trees, a birds-of-prey center, and animal exhibits that provide opportunities to see otters, red squirrels, and wild boar.
