This off-the-grid bell tent property is located near Brighton, England, and consists of nine tents that can each accommodate up to six guests for the perfect glamping getaway. Inside each tent, guests will find a futon bed with a full-size mattress, with additional fold-out mattresses provided depending on the number of guests. Bathrooms are available in a communal building on the property, and feature eco-toilets, bucket showers, and a washing up area. Linens and towels are not provided.

Each tent is equipped with carpets, a coffee table, eco-lanterns, firewood, and matches. Kitchenware, tableware, cooking equipment, and a kettle are also provided. Other amenities provided include toilet paper, a drying rack, and eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

Outside, guests will find a private fire pit, a barbecue and grilling tools, a 25-liter drinking water dispenser, and a cooler. Two chairs, a picnic table, and bench seating are also provided. A larger, communal fire pit and a communal cooking area are accessible on the property.

On the property, guests will enjoy a communal firepit and a covered cooking area. There is also a central bathroom area equipped with eco-friendly toilets, bucket showers, and ecological washing products.

Parking is available on the premises.

There is a permanent warden onsite to help campers at any time.

This luxury campsite is the ideal spot to reconnect both with loved ones and the natural world. During the day, there is much to explore around the site, which consists of 40-acres of fields and forests full of birds, butterflies, rabbits, hedgehogs, deer, foxes, and more. Glampers can wander on a scenic walk by the River Ouse, which winds its way through the countryside or take a hike in the property's forested area.

Those who are traveling with the family can take the little ones for a ride on one of the steam trains on the Bluebell Railway, which passes right through the property. All nature lovers will enjoy visiting the nature reserves in the area such as the British Wildlife Centre, which is home to more than 40 native species of animals. The gardens of Sheffield Park and the Ashdown Forest – the largest open heathland in the south-east of England – provide more opportunities to fully enjoy the natural beauty of Sussex.

Those who want to see the historic sites of the area can tour Bramber Castle, Bayham Old Abbey, and the home of Charles Darwin, which are all close by. After a long day of adventures, guests can visit the country pubs in Horsted Keynes, where options for a refreshing pint, a drink with a garden view, and delicious gastro options are all available.
