This glamping site is located on the outskirts of West Stow in Suffolk, England, where it is situated in a secluded area of a peaceful woodland. On the grounds, guests will find walking, biking, and horseback riding trails. Woodland Lodge is good for anyone with any walking disabilities as you can park directly in front! Local attractions include the West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village and Country Park, which features a recreation of an Anglo-Saxon village, and Moyse’s Hall Museum, where guests can learn about and see artifacts from medieval times.
In and around the nearby town of Bury St. Edmunds, guests will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and shops, along with a golf course, tennis courts, spas, parks, woodlands and meadows. It is also home to the historic Abbey Ruins and St. Edmundsbury Cathedral, which dates back a thousand years and is the only cathedral in Suffolk.
