Located on an eco-friendly glamping site on the Isle of Anglesey in Wales, this cozy yurt is perfect for a family getaway, sleeping up to five guests. Inside guests will find a double bed, a double futon, and a twin futon. Towels, bedding, and linens are not provided so guests will have to bring their own.
There is a cooking space inside the yurt, with all the equipment necessary for guests to enjoy home-cooked food on their glamping getaway. A wood-burning stove provides warmth, and a basket of firewood is provided. Afterwards, there will be a small fee for more firewood.
Outside, guests will enjoy their own individual picnic area, with seating and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining together in the fresh air. However, if guests wish to socialize with others, their is a communal space with plenty of seating and fire pit nearby.
This eco-friendly glamping site in Wales has their own flock of chickens, and they also grow a small selection of vegetables. If guests would like to enjoy free range eggs for breakfast or take a vegetable box home, the hosts will happily let them know what is available upon arrival.
Guests will find local shops just a five-minute drive from the glamping site. Marian-glas, which is just a 15-minute walk from the glamping site has a friendly pub with a nice selection of beer and food, as well as a beer garden and a playground. Benllech, which is approximately a mile away, has various grocery stores, a post office, a pharmacy, and a doctor’s office. Moreover, just seven miles away, glampers will find Llangefni, which boasts a larger choice of shops and amenities.
If glampers are up for socializing, there is a communal area with a fire pit and seating.
Guests will be provided with a basket of firewood for the first night. Additional wood can be purchased on site, nearby, or of course, glampers can bring their own. Barbecue charcoal is also available on site at a reasonable price. The hosts can provide ice packs for the cooler weather, and they can be switched for fresh ones once at the cottage. Finally, cots are also available if needed. Guests should let the hosts know when booking.
There are several hammocks at this glamping site. They can be found in the woodland, just near the site. There are also two washing-up sinks, compost toilets near the accommodations, eco-friendly washing-up soap, and biodegradable toilet paper. Apart from the compost toilets, there are also two flushing toilets, two showers, and two washing sinks, which are all built into a wooden cabin about 200 meters from the parking lot. Electric sockets are available in the shower and toilet block.
Glampers will also find a recycling point at this eco-friendly glamping site with bins for plastic, paper, cans, and glass.
There is also a parking lot, and though the area with the accommodations is a car-free zone, the hosts provide a wheelbarrow to help guests transport their belongings from the parking lot.

Glampers will love the relaxing feel of this glamping site. At night, they can sit by the fire and listen to the surrounding nature sounds, and by day they can go out and explore the beautiful island. The property itself is also worth discovering. In the past seven years, the hosts have planted half of the property’s land with all sorts of beautiful trees and wildflowers.
Closer to the coast, there are many sandy beaches to enjoy, as well as plenty of trails and footpaths. The Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path covers more than 125 miles. Some beautiful beaches worth seeing include Newborough, Aberffraw, and Red Wharf Bay. Glampers can also visit nature reserves, Sites of Special Scientific Interest, and even ancient monuments like standing stones, burial chambers, and settlements.
More specifically, glampers might like visiting the nearby Snowdonia National Park.
There are also many outdoor activities to enjoy while staying at this glamping site. Glampers can go kayaking, coasteering, fishing, cycling, and even golfing.
