This waterfront home is located in the most exclusive beach community of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and provides the perfect hideaway for up to 16 guests. There are six bedrooms: three kings, three suites, two queens, and five singles. There are also five and a half bathrooms in the three stories of living space. This property is well equipped to provide a relaxing, luxurious vacation. Complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen televisions, video games, books, board games, a pool table, kayaks, a poolside fire pit, and multiple lounges are included for guests' entertainment, as well as beach chairs , toys and 4 parking passes.
There is a lovely great room with high ceilings and cheerful decor, which creates the ideal respite where glampers can unwind after a full day of adventure. Guests can also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a den with flat-screen television, powder room, and a utility/pantry.
There is a curtain draped screened porch with a lazy fan, wet bar, flat screen dining and seating area with plenty of seating, a hammock, a wet bar, and large flat-screen. Step out of the front door to see the private slate patio with a swimming pool and recliners, providing a comfortable area with guests can cool off on warmer days and enjoy the fresh, coastal air. Guests can enjoy easy access to the community's private beach by golf cart, or bring bikes and enjoy miles of biking trails to take full advantage of their relaxing getaway.
Outside, glampers will find a private pool (can be heated) steps from the front entry , outside shower. Decks surround the great home. The best treat is dock on the waterfront. You are welcome to bring a beach chair, boat, kayak (we have a few), enjoy crabbing for dinner. Guests can enjoy many resort community facilities available, including a heated swimming pool access to the private sandy beach just a short walk away. and tennis courts. You can stroll past the Summer White House or catch the president on the bike trails.
