About this place

The Space:
Located on the reservoir for the cranberry farm, this is the only campsite on the 200+ acre property.

Catch and release fishing and BYO kayak for kayaking only steps away, as is your own private swimming pond! Located less than an hour from the Jersey shore or Philadelphia, Brendan T. Byrne State Forest is your neighbor to the east (less than 2 miles away) with a variety of activities, including many hiking trails, or you are free to walk about the farm for a more leisurely stroll.

Convenience and liquor store less than ten minutes by car, less than 20 minutes to a major department store.

I have a BBQ grill on site as well. There is also a propane heater included

Firewood is not included: it is available on-site for $10 cash or you may bring your own

Note also NO bedding/linens are provided-be sure to bring your own, nights can be cool!

THANK YOU for viewing my campsite, appreciate all my former campers, enjoyed meeting so many interesting fun be great to meet you also in 2023. Looks like last year for the site as a real estate sale is likely later this year so come on down!

Get lost in the peace and quiet and natural beauty of one of the last major undeveloped areas on the East Coast, the NJ Pinelands. Peace and Love to All!

Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise.

Each campsite includes a 10'x12' safari-style canvas tent on a raised platform, and you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed inside (each site is different, see photos for the exact setup). Larger groups can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided (you’re welcome to bring your own camping gear too). You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, an outdoor fire pit, and 2 Adirondack chairs.

What you should bring:
-S'mores supplies & any food you'd like to eat
-A cooler to keep your grub from spoiling
-Bedding and pillows
-Lanterns and lighting
-Firewood for the campfire
-Water

Upon check out, you should leave no trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While the host does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in, and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.

If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, the host reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Other Things to Note:
Do look for a variety of wildlife, including bald eagles, blue herons, deer, and maybe a fox--the list could go on and on! Don't forget to be safe around the water, and your campfire!
