This idyllic safari tent is located near Boiceville, New York, and can accommodate four guests. The tent comes with a queen-size bunk bed and a wood-burning stove. There is an on-site sun shower, and linens are available for an additional price. Glampers will have their own campfire grill, grill tongs, a grill brush, and a water carrier. Every tent comes with a portable camp toilet, which is a wooden box with a seat that has a bucket inside. The hosts were inspired by the bathrooms on NASA spaceships when creating these camp toilets. Before use, guests must line the bucket with a CleanWaste bag that is provided by the hosts, or a similar plastic bag. After use, the bag must be tied up and placed in the trash.

Surrounded by trees and wildlife, glampers can spend each day hiking through winding trails, mountain biking rugged terrain, or taking pictures of the breathtaking scenery. In the warmer months, guests can wade in the stream steps away from their rental. They can also take a dip in one of the local swimming spots in the area, such as Blue Hole. Esopus Creek is just a short drive away and is another excellent place for swimming and tubing.
In the winter, the woods can be explored by cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. Glampers can also make the half hour drive to Hunter Mountain for downhill skiing and snowboarding, along with winter equipment rentals. After all that outdoor adventure, nearby Phoenicia is a fantastic place to warm up with a good meal or a drink.
