Surrounded by about seven acres of woods near the Northwest Bay of Lake George, this secluded vacation cabin is located in Bolton Landing, New York, and can accommodate four guests. It has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Guests will find a full-size bed in the first bedroom and two twin-size beds in the second bedroom. In the bathroom, they will find a toilet, a sink, a mirror, and a shower. Linens and towels are provided.
The fully-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster oven, a coffeemaker, a four-person table, a full set of kitchenware, and picture window form which guests can see a mountain, a towering pine tree, and a field with horses. The cabin also provides guests with a small seating area with two sofa chairs and a television.

From the cottage, guests can see tall pine trees, a mountain, and horses milling around in a nearby field. The surrounding area is full of natural beauty—the most salient features being the Adirondack Mountains and Lake George, the Northwest Bay of which is only about a mile to the east.
Extending 32 miles in length and providing a 233-square-mile watershed, the lake and its forested surroundings provide ample opportunities for outdoor recreation (see the Activities section for more details). They are also home to an abundance of wildlife, including white-tailed deer, black bears, raccoons, moose, river otters, red foxes, beavers, and porcupines.
While at the cabin, guests will have a chance to truly unplug, with no internet or cell phone coverage available. However, the amenities and comforts of modern life are never too far away; the town of Bolton Landing is only about seven minutes away, where guests will find cellphone coverage, internet access, and a variety of restaurants and shops, as well as a spa, a winery, and an art gallery. Guests will find a variety of areas for hiking in the surrounding region. At Amy's Park, they can hike on more than five miles of trails that wind through 500 acres of forests, marshes, and ponds. At the Cat and Thomas Preserve, they will find more than nine miles of trails that will take them through 1,900 acres with stunning mountain vistas. Other hiking areas include Godwin Preserve, Pole Hill Pond, and the Pinnacle.
At Lake George, guests can go kayaking, boating, jet skiing, and water skiing, with rentals and tours available from local companies such as Lake George Kayak Co., FR Smith and Sons, and Bolton Boat Tours and Water Sports, which also offers fishing charters.
