This lovely glamping tent boasts a peaceful location and is ideal for up to four guests to enjoy luxury camping near Poughkeepsie, NY. Inside, there is a set of queen-size bunk beds. The tent is big enough for the bed, plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. Guests must provide their own linens and bedding.
Guests will love returning to hang out on Adirondack chairs on the raised wooden deck after a busy day exploring the local area. When it gets cold, they can shelter under the canvas with a wood-burning stove for warmth. A solar-warmed shower is provided, as is a NASA-inspired dry toilet.
Guests can prepare meals by using a grill over the fire pit or even use the wood-burner as a stove. Meals can be enjoyed at the wooden picnic area. The fire pit is also ideal for gathering around in the evenings for s'mores, stories, and stargazing under the heavens.
