Cutchogue

Cutchogue is a large hamlet on Long Island, which is famed for being a year round destination for campers to escape the hustle and bustle of New York City. It is somewhere that boasts a peaceful landscape, which ranges from white, sandy beaches to rolling green vineyards that light up in the summer months. One of the best places to go if you want to smell the sweetness of the grapes in the air is Pindar Vineyards, where you can go on light strolls through the landscape, or you could head to Peconic Dunes County Park to have unique hikes across sandy hills. Maple Swamp County Park has a number of trails through a unique setting, and the Mashomack Preserve has local wildlife you can spot as you explore.
