This stunning cottage rental is situated on a private waterfront lot overlooking Blueberry Lake near Binghamton in Upstate New York. Between three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a number of luxury amenities, this cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests at a time, making this rental perfect for a family get together or large group.

Two bedrooms include one queen-size bed each. The third bedroom includes two single beds. There is additional sleeping room in the form of one single bed and three sleeper sofas in the sleeping loft. In the living room, guests can enjoy a new flat-screen television, complete with satellite cable, a CD player, a DVD player, a stereo, and a VCR player. There is a video library of films to choose from. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything guests may need during their stay, including a microwave, coffee makers, a refrigerator, and kitchenware.

Outside, guests can enjoy their own private lakeside lot. There is a patio area with seating, perfect for lounging and taking in a stunning sunset cast over the lake. There is also a spacious cedar sauna to warm up and rejuvenate.
