This picturesque bed and breakfast suite is surrounded by farmland in East Meredith, New York, and can accommodate up to four guests. This cozy accommodation features one bedroom and one full bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the private bathroom has a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Linens and towels are kindly provided by the host.

An inviting library area serves as the living space and features a sofa, a coffee table, a work desk with a chair, and a cozy reading nook with shelves of books and a plush armchair. A crib and/or two single-size beds can also be arranged in the library should guests require additional sleeping space. The lodge includes a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee station and is stocked with breakfast items such as coffee, juice, granola, yogurt, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, and quiche. A hot farmstead breakfast may also be available in the farm's restaurant for an additional fee.

At the nearby Hartwick College's Pine Lake Environmental Center, guests will find abundant wildlife, stunning nature trails, and lakes for swimming, fishing, and canoeing. Guests can explore the mountain landscape by hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and rock climbing. There numerous bodies of water provide excellent fishing, swimming, kayaking, and even water skiing. During colder months, the area is transformed into a winter wonderland. Guests can head to the Plattekill, Hunter and Belleayre Mountain ski areas for thrilling winter sports such as snowboarding, skiing, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing.

When guests are ready for a break from the great outdoors they can visit one of the numerous neighboring towns, including Delhi, Oneonta, and Cooperstown. Smoking is not permitted inside or anywhere on the farm with the exception of one designated patio area.

A two-night minimum stay is required for weekends in July and August and on holiday weekends throughout the year.

There is a late arrival fee for guests arriving after 10 p.m.

Pets are not permitted on the property.
