Take advantage of the proximity to Keuka Lake, and set out to go ice fishing, duck hunting, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, jet skiing, sailing, and more—all of which can be rented nearby, or glampers can bring their own boats and equipment. Also available on the lake are fishing and sightseeing tours, as well as places to have a lovely waterfront dinner in warmer weather.

Glampers should also pay visits to both the Glenn H. Curtiss Museum and the Finger Lakes Boating Museum, but the real star of the show is the Finger Lakes Wine Country—a top destination for wine lovers—though there is also a reputable craft beer scene in the area, too, for those who prefer a cold brew. There is even a cider mill and a distillery in the area.

In the town of Hammondsport, guests can enjoy walking around the village square, taking one of the area's water taxis to get from one side of Keuka Lake to the other in warm weather.
