This Adirondack Mountain cabin rental sits immersed in the woodlands, just a stone's throw from sensational Indian Lake. It accommodates up to six people and includes three bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms include one queen-size bed, twin beds, and bunk beds. The interior features plush mahogany floor and skylights to give a bright and airy feel. Guests will find a kitchen with all of the modern amenities necessary to whip up some tasty meals, including a refrigerator, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a toaster, a coffeemaker, as well as dishes, utensils, and essential kitchenware. Guests can chill out in the snug living room that is furnished with sofas and armchairs and features a brick fireplace. Guests can enjoy a meal inside on the dining table or on the picnic table on the exterior deck and yard with an outdoor fireplace. Guests can enjoy direct access to the lake from the large swimming dock attached to the shore. They can also use the canoes, kayaks, rowboats, and the sailboat provided to explore the lake. The property also comes with an outdoor fire pit by the lakeside. Guests will have access to Wi-Fi on-site, and there is some cell phone reception. Each cabin features its own fire pit and is stocked with plenty of wood. Each bed in the cabin comes with pillows and one blanket, bed linens, and additional blankets are not usually provided.

This picturesque property enjoys a secluded location on the banks of the Indian Lake in Upstate New York and treats guests to stunning views of the Adirondack Park. The property sits on 10 acres of scenic woodland and rolling hills in the heart of the Adirondack State Forest Preserve. Guests can reach the Gore Mountain Ski Area in just a 30-minute drive east, the Raquette Lake in 35 minutes, and the Blue Mountain Lake in just 20 minutes. The property is encircled by an abundance of stunning forests, parks, and lakes for guests to explore, including the Hudson Gorge, the Sargent Pond Wild Forest, and West Canada Lake. If guests wish to bring their own boats to dock they are required to pay a docking surcharge of $75 per week or $15 per day per boat; however, there is no surcharge for guests bringing their own canoes, kayaks, or small rowboats.

Guests of the property are spoilt for choice with an abundance of outdoor activities to choose from. Right from their front doorstep guests will be able to access the gorgeous Indian Lake, where they can explore by kayak, canoe, row boat, or sailboat. Alternatively, guests may bring their own boats to dock on-site. The lake is also an excellent fishing spot and boasts and abundance of Smallmouth Bass and Brown Trout, and is home to Lake Trout, Salmon, Pike, Panfish, and Whitefish. During the warmer months, guests can go for a dip in the crystal clear and fresh waters of the lake, which offer two exclusively reserved swimming areas.
The surrounding mountains offer the perfect opportunity for an exhilarating hike including Watch Hill, Castle Rock, Chimney Mountain, and Baldface. For a less strenuous adventure, guests can take a stroll to the Buttermilk Falls, wander along the Northville-Lake Placid Trail, or admire the breathtaking OK Slip Falls, which is New York's highest waterfall.
During the winter, guests can hit the slopes of Gore Mountain for excellent downhill skiing, as well as Oak Mountain and Whiteface Mountain. Cross-country skiers can explore the groomed trails of Garnet Hill and Lapland, as well as the Cascade Pond trail, Stephens Pond, and Tirrell Pond.

Guests should note that paths and driveways are not illuminated and so they should bring their own flashlights. It should also be noted that no additional guests are allowed to stay overnight in the cabins. Additionally, smoking is not permitted inside the cabins.
Cabins are only available to be rented for a week from Saturday to Saturday from the end of June through August.
The check out time is 10:30 a.m. on summer Saturdays, or any other time of the year when same-day changeovers occur.
This property is pet-friendly; however, guests should note that they must use leashes to walk their dog, they must clean up after them, and they must ensure their dogs are not disturbing other guests with their barking. Additionally, dogs are not allowed in the cabin when they are wet, they are not allowed on the furniture, they should not be left alone in the cabin all day, and they should avoid areas of the waterfront where people are.
