Lovely Tent Rental for a Finger Lakes Glamping Getaway
The best glamping Ithaca has to offer for your weekend getaway in New York
Located on the edge of a meadow against the forest line of Thayer Nature Preserve, this lovely tent rental is ideal for up to eight guests to enjoy a Finger Lakes glamping getaway. There is a plush queen-size bed inside the tent, while the pop-up dome tent provided is ideal for further guests. Linens and bedding aren't provided as standard but can be for a small fee. A space heater keeps the tent warm at night.
The camp toilet consists of a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. Guests line the bucket with one of the supplied waste bags. Afterwards, you simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers.
There are a couple of Adirondack chairs to kick back in and enjoy the fresh air on the charming front deck. Come meal times, guests can light up the fire pit and use the grill provided to prepare food and enjoy it at the wooden picnic table outside.
