This charming efficiency cottage near Lake George and Albany can sleep up to three people with one double bed and one single bed. The kitchenette comes with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster and refrigerator and the cottage keeps cool in summer with a ceiling fan. Guests can relax in front of the cable television or the private porch that offers great views of the surrounding woodlands. The BBQ grill is a great way to get the friends and family together to enjoy the summer sun.
Guests will each have access to their own private porch and BBQ grill with an outdoor table for those summer evenings and there is a 50-foot pool with plenty of sunbeds to go around. As well as a play area for children, that comes with slides, swings, and a sandbox, guests of all ages will be thoroughly entertained with a ping pong table, a basketball hoop, and a badminton court all on site. There are also various picnic tables around the surrounding wooded area.

Each additional adult requires a $50.00 per week surcharge while children aged between three and eleven would be covered at $25.00 per week. Weekly reservations run from Saturday to Saturday. Rates are Subject to New York State Sales and Occupancy Tax. Guests must be 21 years of age to book a reservation. A Non-Refundable deposit of one night's rate is required to guarantee each daily reservation.
Visitors are not allowed on the site as parking spaces are limited.
All cottages come complete with dishes, pots, pans, bed linens (1 set per week), and towels, however, guests should bring their own beach towels should they wish to use the pool.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
