This deluxe cabin rental is the perfect excuse for a retreat in the mountains near the lovely town of Lake Placid, New York. The rental accommodates four guests in a studio-style cabin. There is one set of bunk beds with a plush queen bed for the bottom bunk and a cozy double on the top. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The kitchenette provides guests with all the basic appliances needed to whip up some delicious meals including a granite top, mini-refrigerator, microwave, glasses, plates, flatware, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Guests can spend the morning with a fresh cup of coffee while gazing out of the large window over the countertop and admiring the views. Evenings can be spent watching a favorite show on the flat-screen TV or keeping in touch with the folks back at home with the Wi-Fi.
The glamping site provides guests with everything they need allowing them to relax and enjoy their vacation. There is a secure building on the site, perfect for storing sports equipment such as bikes, skis, and Ironman gear. There is also an outdoor pavilion and a fireplace BBQ where guests can gather around. The accommodations boast authentic Adirondack-style woodwork and cozy fireplaces. The site is perfect all year round with plenty to do every season. In the warmer months, guests only have to cross the road to practice their swing at the local golf club. Thrill seekers can head to Whiteface Mountain for some downhill mountain biking. Also on the mountain, glampers will find excellent hiking and gondola rides. When winter comes, it brings with it a thick layer of snow turning Whiteface Mountain into one of New York's finest ski resorts. The more adventurous can even head down the Olympic Track while bobsledding. For those looking for a more relaxing stay, they can head to the pet-friendly town of Lake Placid for a historical tour by boat before choosing one of the riverfront restaurants to dine at.
