Outside, there is a small deck with Adirondack chairs with uninterrupted views of the surrounding woodland. The rental also comes with a picnic table, benches, and a fire pit, and is surrounded by old stone walls. Guests will find themselves nestled in trees and near hiking trails.

A new casino is located just a mile and a half down the road, making nightlife, drinks, dining, and entertainment a breeze. Glampers can also explore the charming village of Monticello, the largest community of the Sullivan County Catskills.

Guests will find themselves on a sprawling homestead, with many fantastic trails for hiking and mountain biking. There are even nearby rivers within walking distance that are perfect for kayaking and canoeing, while hidden swimming holes are excellent for cooling off on hot days. In the winter, the woods can be explored by cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. Any petrolheads in the group can head out on ATV riding tour and explore the woods and landscape with added speed.
Glampers will find restaurants, nightlife, drinks, and dining just a mile and a half away at the newly built casino. There are also plenty of restaurants and delightful shops in the charming village of Monticello.
