This uniquely charming A-frame Cabin has one bedroom, one bathroom, and can sleep up to four guests. The bedroom is located in the loft and comes with a comfy double bed. The cabin is complete with a fully-equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, dishes and utensils, as well as pantry items. Guests can dine at the breakfast bar or on the four-person dining table. The main floor features a cozy seating area which faces large glass sliding doors giving access to the balcony that overlooks the Bristol Hills. The living area is fitted with a fireplace to keep warm, along with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player for a quiet night in. Guests will also find books, games, and a stereo so they never get bored. In the warmer months, guests can enjoy a delicious barbecue on the outdoor grill or chill out on the deck while admiring the scenic surroundings. Guests will find ample parking space to bring their cars. Indoors, the cabin is fitted with Wi-Fi and heating. The property features an outdoor patio with a barbecue grill and six garden chairs to relax on.
Please note: there is are two cabins on this property of 38 acres, too, but the cabins are 200-300 yards apart and are not in sight of one another.

This is a pet-friendly property and there is an additional pet fee of $75. Only well-behaved and trained dogs are permitted and guests should ensure to clean up after them both inside and outside.
There is a non-refundable damage protection fee of $50.
A 100% refund is available if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Guests should note that this property is non-smoking and has a minimum age limit for renters. It is also wheelchair inaccessible.

During the winter months, it is recommended to come with a four-wheel drive to reach the cabin as it can get very slippery with snow or ice, and the driveway is long and has an incline.

It is conveniently located just a two-minute drive up the road from the Bristol Mountain Ski Resort and just under 10 miles from the Canandaigua Lake. The nearest motorway is the New York State Thruway which sits 20 miles from the cabin and the nearest airport is the Rochester International Airport which is located 40 miles away. During the warmer months the Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion Historic Park is a great day trip and also holds arts and crafts events such as the Finger Lakes Plein Air Festival. Guests can head to Canandaigua for arts and music festivals, a waterpark, museums, and the Downtown Canandaigua Wine Walk. For those looking for something a bit more energetic, the Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures provides a fun-filled day out and kids will love it. Alternatively, the Ontario County Park at Gannett Hill is a beautiful place to explore by biking or hiking on the various trails, guests can also go fishing on the lake or enjoy a picnic in the sunshine. In the winter, the park is popular for cross-country skiing and sledding.
