This family-friendly bed and breakfast near the Catskills in New York provides tons of fun for all with its swimming pool, playground, tennis courts, and game room. There are two bedrooms to accommodate four guests and a queen-size futon to allow for up to six. One bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, closet storage, and TV and the other has two twin-size beds, a TV, and a half bath. The full bathroom features a single vanity, tub/shower combination, and toilet.

The spacious main living area features beamed ceilings, a unique brick wall, and a stone surround gas fireplace. A corner sofa, futon, and regular sofa provide plenty of comfortable seating space for all. A wall-mounted, flat-screen offers evening entertainment. The fully-equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare meals at "home." It includes a double wall oven, gas cooktop, full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. There is also a BBQ for those who like grilling. The built-in banquet and two chairs offer plenty of seating at the dining table and during warmer months, guests may wish to dine outdoors at the patio table and chairs.
