Off-Grid Glamping Site near Minnewaska State Park, New York

The Space:
Luxury Camping! We are the sweetest Glamping site around! Our host really knows how to roll out the red carpet! Full bath with hot water... We know how to Glamp!!! We are open as long as the weather allows.

Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise.

Each campsite includes a 10'x12' safari-style canvas tent on a raised platform, and you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed inside (each site is different, see photos for the exact setup). Larger groups can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided (you’re welcome to bring your own camping gear too). You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.

What you should bring:
-S'mores supplies & any food you'd like to eat
-A cooler to keep your grub from spoiling
-Bedding and pillows
-Lanterns and lighting
-Firewood for the campfire
-Water

Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While the host does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.

If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, the host reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Other Things to Note:
Check-in from 2 pm-9 pm. Strict check out @ 11 am unless arrangements are made in advance. Strict 5 mph speed limit. No loud music or noises; quiet time after 9 pm. Please leave the campsite as clean as you found it for the next camper, or a $25 fee is automatically added. The dumpster is located next to the barn. The campground speed limit is 5 miles per hour (strictly enforced). If you are making dust you are driving too fast! No trespassing. Be cognizant of property lines. All property accessible from the road is Private. Please be respectful. Do not remove branches or leaves from the trees and please put any into the fire ring. This is part of the cleanup. Otherwise, the area is impossible to mow. Firewood is available @ $10/bundle. We suggest 2 per night. No outside wood. We protect our trees. NY State prohibits the transfer of wood due to invasive pests. Extinguish the fire. Bring something with you to put out the fire and whatever camping supplies you will need. Please turn off the bathroom lights behind you. The pool is used exclusively by pool house guests. There is a 25-dollar fee for not putting the second tent away. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. They must be leashed. Ask your host when you make the reservation.
