Cancellation Policy: A one (1) night deposit is required to reserve a unit. 100% of your deposit, less a $25 administrative fee, is refundable for cancellations received two weeks prior to arrival for standard rates, and 30 days prior to arrival for holiday/peak season rates, group bookings and special packages. Cancellations and no-shows after the two-week/30-day cutoff will be billed for a minimum two (2) night stay. If the unit is re-booked by another party we will credit you the full amount, less a $25 administrative fee.
