This rustic barn is perfectly located just 2.5 hours from NYC! It can provide for 2 adult guests with the amazing experience of glamping in New York State. Inside, there is a real king-sized mattress.

Pillows, fitted sheets, towels, and a comforter blanket are all provided. There's also a cast-iron wood-burning stove with complimentary firewood.

There is an indoor 2 person cooling tub, which provides stored rain water to have fun and splash around. However, this is a summer feature as no hot water is provided for taking a bath, but it is necessary to use the camping shower bag to take a warm shower May-Oct.

The large glass windows let in lots of natural light to illuminate the interior of this unique accommodation, and also allow guests to enjoy the amazing views of the surrounding mountain view landscape. This New York glamping site is located in a forested and mountainous area in the center of the state, just 35 miles southwest of Albany. Surrounded by stunning state parks in every direction, it's one of the best weekend trips from NYC, as the Big Apple is a two-and-a-half-hour drive away, yet it feels much further thanks to the natural beauty of its surroundings.

Kaaterskill Falls is the highest water fall in New York State just 50 minutes from the property.
