This lovely one-room cottage rental near the Indian Lake can sleep up to two guests and provides glampers with lovely views of the Adirondack Mountains. The simple yet comfortable interior provides an authentic camping experience. This cottage rental offers an open-floor plan, provides a lovely kitchen area with plenty of counter space and a cozy living area. For sleeping, guests will enjoy a cozy bunk bed, reachable by a ladder above the living room.

This cottage is fully heated and can be rented all year round. It comes will hot water and a fully-equipped kitchen, which includes pots, pans, dishes, utensils, a drip coffee maker, and much more. Outside, guests can enjoy a porch with a picnic table and a charcoal grill, which is perfect for outdoor barbecues. There is parking for one car only.

This cottage offers guests tap water which, of excellent drinking quality, tested regularly and supplied from a 350+ deep drilled well, making it unnecessary to purchase bottled water.

Guests will enjoy a boat dock and a beach just outside of their private rental. This property also offers a parking area for guests.

There is $200 deposit required per cottage, per week, in which the host will organize with the guest upon booking confirmation. Rates do not include maid service, meals, or linens (pillows and blankets are supplied). Day guests require prior approval from the owners and will be charged a fee of $10 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Guest cars must park in designated reserved areas.

Overnight guests and pets are not allowed during guests stay. Before mid-June and after Labor Day weekend, a two-night minimum is required, on holiday weekends, a three-night minimum is required.

Set along Indian Lake, this property comes alive when the sunny seasons hit. In the summer, guests will enjoy an unlimited array of outdoor water activities, including canoeing, kayaking and swimming. Guests can head to North Creek, which is about a 20-minute drive, where they can enjoy boat tours, quality fishing, and white water rafting. In the fall and spring months, Hamilton County offers glampers superb destinations for hiking, such as Monon Trail, Grand Park, and Cyntheanne Park, as well as lovely places to explore including Grand Park and White River. A marina is close by, offering a place for guests to chart a boat or bring their own.

Guests will have plenty of beautiful golf courses and country clubs, fishing lakes and streams, and hunting areas, which are all located just outside this property. In the winter months, guests can take advantage of the Gore Mountain Ski Area which is within a close proximity to snowmobiling trails and ski mountains within the Adirondack region. Guests can also visit local restaurants in the Hamilton area and head to the nearby town for plenty of shopping opportunities.
