In the aforementioned living room, guests will find a television with satellite TV for when welcomed downtime comes around. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, which features a coffeemaker, a microwave, a toaster, a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, and all necessary cookware and tableware. There is also a dining room area with seating for four people.
Outside, guests will find a private deck area with a barbecue to grill out on, as well as kayaks and canoes for guests' use.

All linens and bath towels come provided (bringing along beach towels is recommended). The host cleans between guest stays; however, basic cleaning items are available for use. There is also one canoe, two kayaks, paddles and oars, and life jackets available for guests' use.
The cottage is located directly behind the host's cottage.

This area comes alive with fishing, boating, swimming, concerts, restaurants, and shopping. Guests can golf at the Sodus Bay Golf Couse, overlooking the lake, or take a half-day or full-day fishing trip on Lake Ontario or Sodus Bay to catch king salmon, as well as lake, brown and steelhead trout. Glampers can rent a sail or motor boat, charter a cruiser from one of the many marinas, or take a private sailing lesson. Those who stay here can climb the majestic Chimney Bluffs, hike the park, and travel to nearby gorges and waterfalls. Furthermore, glampers can bask in a leisurely tour of the Finger Lakes Wine Country, enjoy the Great Lakes Wine Trail, and take advantage of the spectacular wines of New York.
This area boasts plenty of history and fun for the entire family! Glampers can kayak, hike, or skeet shoot at one of the recreational parks. Other nearby wonders include Niagara Falls, Watkins Glen Gorge and Speedway, Letchworth State Park, and the spectacular Chimney Bluffs. In addition, the drive up the Seaway Trail to the Thousand Island is a perfect day trip. Children can enjoy Darien Lake, Seabreeze Amusement Park, the Strong Museum or go-carts racing and play miniature golf.
For local activities, enjoy the bountiful, fresh local produce at nearby stands, attend the famous Hill Cumorah Pagent, or visit the Women's Rights Museum in Seneca Falls.

There is a $250 refundable damage deposit that is held on the guest's card at the time of confirmation. This will be released back to the guest seven days after check-out pending no damages.

This property is pet-friendly for an additional fee. There is a maximum of two dogs, and guests must contact the owner.
In the summertime, only weekly rentals are accepted.
