About this place
This lovely accommodation will provide glampers with a totally unique and luxurious outdoor glamping experience to share together near Oneonta in New York. The safari tent is very spacious and boasts a large queen-size bed featuring plush pillows, a cozy duvet, and comfortable bed linens.
Inside the spacious tent, glampers will find a set of chest of drawers on either side of the bed, ideal for storing belongings. Additionally, a plush armchair provides a cozy spot to curl up with a good book while the table and chairs are great for breakfast or sipping on a morning cup of coffee as natural light pours in through the windows.
Outside, the deck is ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or an evening glass of wine while the surrounding nature provides a soothing soundtrack. Glampers can also relax around the glamping site in the hammock park while reading a book and spend their evenings around the fire pit roasting marshmallows and sharing stories with guests in the neighboring tents.
Guests should note that this stunning vacation rental is only available during the NY Goat Yoga retreats. The next upcoming dates are Aug 7-9 and Aug 28-30. For more information, guests can inquire with the host.
This stunning accommodation is filled with all the amenities glampers will need to ensure a comfortable and most importantly, a luxurious getaway in the wilderness. Inside the accommodation, glampers will find a wood-burning stove to keep guests warm during colder months, as well as lamps and candles surrounding the rental to create a warm ambiance. There are shared bathroom facilities including showers for guests to use.
Outside, glampers will find a fire pit and plenty of garden space to roam around. Additionally, there is a volleyball court and a hammock park so there is plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind under the beautiful sun and enjoy some alone time away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Glampers can spend their days lounging around the property or exploring the beautiful forests that surround the area. General Jacob Morris State Forest and Wagner Farm State Forest are just a few moments from the rental and are ideal for those looking to take part in longer trails hikes. There are also a number of creeks in close proximity, including Coye Brook and Butternut Creek, both of which are ideal for picnics or leisurely strolls.
One of the most unique and sought-after activities on this glamping site is goat yoga, which happens to be one of New York's very first. Friendly goats wander and jump on participants as they go about their normal yoga stretches and poses which will not only relieve some of the guest's tension but also be sure to put a smile on their faces and entertain the whole group.
On the luxury property, there are a number of activities guests can enjoy and take part in, including swinging on a hammock, reading, playing volleyball, playing games, and stargazing.
For a day trip away from Gilbertsville, there are a number of cities including New Berlin which is just 20 minutes away.
