This property is in a secluded location on a farm in beautiful Sullivan County, close to Bethel Woods, the Catskill Park, Neversink Unique Area and Sam's Point. This one-bedroom cottage rental can sleep up to six comfortably and comes with a sleeper couch for additional sleeping. Inside, guests will have two-queen size beds, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower. Guests will have Wi-Fi and free parking.
Guests are encouraged to explore the 12-acre property, relax by the pond, cuddle the bunnies, sheep, and goats. Please ask how to turn off the electric fence and go for a hike on the six-mile rails-to-trails path across the street.
There is access to a communal outdoor fire pit, a six-burner outdoor stove and grill, a hot double outdoor shower and an outhouse. High-speed internet is provided free of charge. It only works closer to the main houses, so guests may have to sit outside to access it.
