Located on a farm in beautiful Sullivan County, close to Silver Lake, the Catskill Park, Neversink Unique Area and Sam's Point, this lakeside, three-bedroom vacation rental can sleep up to ten guests and is only two hours from New York City. Guests will find a fully-furnished living space, a dining room for up to six guests and a well-appointed kitchen. Beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and rustic flare, this rental is a fantastic place to getaway in the Catskills.
Guests are encouraged to explore the 12-acre property, relax by the pond, cuddle the bunnies, sheep, and goats. Please ask how to turn off the electric fence and go for a hike on the six-mile rails-to-trails path across the street.
There is access to a communal outdoor fire pit, a six-burner outdoor stove and grill, a hot double outdoor shower and an outhouse. High-speed internet is provided free of charge. It only works closer to the main houses, so guests may have to sit outside to access it.
