In the full bathroom, guests will find an new vanity and low flow toilet. However, guests must provide their own linens and towels. In the living room, you will find a large, L-shaped sofa, and a gas fireplace on a floor-to-ceiling rock accent wall. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a Kurig, a coffee pot, a toaster oven, and all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. There is WiFi throughout the accommodation.
Outside, there is a deck with plenty of seating, where guests can enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or an evening glass of wine. There is a large yard to play ball and lawn games, and a barbecue to fire up and eat alfresco on the deck. As night falls, there is a fire pit to light up and gather around, where guests can swap stories, toast s'mores, and enjoy each other's company.

The host offers three adult bikes and two children's bikes for glampers during the warmer months. For the summertime, there are hammocks strung in the trees, a fire pit for cooler nights, and comfy hammock chairs under the deck. For winter rentals, guests will find a box of hats, gloves, and goggles just in case they forget their own (guests are kindly asked to return them when done).
In the kids' room, there are games for the family, and on top of the refrigerator, guests will find card games (better played after the kids are in bed). The host also has a plow service that will come once the snow hits three inches, so guests never have to worry about being stranded.

The Poconos and northeastern Pennsylvania boast a variety of activities. Glampers enjoy hiking, waterfall gazing, state parks, and skiing. Artificial snowmaking was created here, making this region one of the pioneers of the United States Ski Industry.
The Pocono Raceway, a major automobile racetrack, is home to an IndyCar race, the Pocono 500, and two Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series races, the Pocono 400, and the Pennsylvania 400. Pocono Raceway is the closest major professional race track to Philadelphia and the major metropolitan areas of New York and New Jersey.
Additionally, the property is within 10 miles of waterparks, one being ranked number one in 2015, zip lines, hiking trails, waterfalls, rafting, and skiing are found.
