This charming tiny house awaits for a memorable getaway in the idyllic woodland of the Michaux State Forest near Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The primitive cabin is located in the year-round campground, Pine Ridge Campground. The rental can accommodate four guests. In the sleeping loft, there is a queen-size bed, while two more guests can sleep on the sofa bed on the main level. Guests will also have a modern port-a-potty and shower facilities for use just a few steps outside.

Guests will love all the amenities this tiny house provides. The main level boasts a cozy lounge area with a full-size sofa bed and a chair, along with a television for watching movies. The kitchen offers a large refrigerator, with a coffee maker and a microwave, plus some basics found in the pantry. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools for guests to dine.

The outside space features a pergola and deck with a large barbecue with a side burner for cooking up some camping favorites, along with a full dining set, and a fire pit is a few steps away. Guests can enjoy views of the lawn and explore the entire campground during their stay.

Guests will enjoy all the modern luxuries of home during their glamping trip, including air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, and a television with streaming services for a cozy movie night. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential cookware and utensils guests will need, including a full-size refrigerator, a coffee maker, and there is a barbecue outside with a stove hob await for cooking. Linens are kindly provided. There is also free parking available.

Guests will have a variety of activities and attractions at this location with the proximity to natural areas, as well as the interesting town of Gettysburg a few minutes away. A full day can be spent hiking, biking, bird-watching, playing a round of golf and spending some time on the shooting range within Michaux State Forest. A little further to the west from here is Caledonia State Park where guests can spend some time hunting, fishing, and enjoying a picnic. The center of Gettysburg is a must-visit, boasting a variety of museums with thousands of artifacts and historical buildings to discover. There are also guided horseback riding tours available offering a unique way of seeing the Gettysburg battle fields up close. For entertainment and dining, there are a handful of theatres, breweries, and lively bars and restaurants for an ideal place to stop off after a busy day.
