Each bedroom has its own half bathroom, which is connected to a separate, shared shower. The bathrooms feature amenities such as elegant wood or tile flooring, vessel sinks, and a unique barrel sink. Linens and towels are provided.

The accommodation is just seven minutes away from both Seven Springs Mountain Resort and the Roaring Run Natural Area. Boasting 33 skiing slopes and trails (some of which are visible right from the accommodation), seven terrain parks, and 10 lifts, the resort is one of the state's premier ski destinations. Here, guests will also find an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, snowshoe and snowmobile tours, sleigh rides, a golf course, a zip line course, a downhill bike park, a spa, and a variety of bars, restaurants, and lounges.
At the Roaring Run Natural Area, guests will find eight hiking and cross-country skiing trails that wind through 3,593 acres of second and third-growth forests composed of oak, birch, and sassafras trees, which provide habitats to deer, turkeys, raccoons, chipmunks, and squirrels. The forests surround the mountain stream of Roaring Run, which is a designated Wilderness Trout Stream.
The accommodation is about 11 minutes from Living Treasures Animal Park, 15 minutes from Laurel Hill State Park, 16 minutes from Hidden Valley Resort, and 17 minutes from Kooser State Park. Slightly farther afield, guests can reach Ohiopyle State Park and the historic Frank Lloyd Wright-designed home of Fallingwater in 27 minutes, the Bear Run Nature Reserve in 29 minutes, and Laurel Ridge State Park in 36 minutes. Pittsburgh is about an hour to the northwest, where guests will find the nearest international airport.

Guests can enjoy a variety of year-round activity options at nearby Seven Springs Mountain Resort. In the winter, they can go skiing and snowboarding on the resort's 33 slopes and trails, and they can also go on sleigh rides, snowshoe tours, and snowmobile tours of the surrounding Laurel Highlands region.
In the summer, guests can go mountain biking at the resort's downhill bike park, zip lining on a nearly 2,000-feet-long zip line course, swimming in an outdoor pool, fly fishing at local valley ponds and mountain lakes with an Orvis-endorsed guide, and play golf at the resort's par-72 golf course. Year-round, guests can also enjoy the resort's indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, and a variety of bars, restaurants, and lounges.
For hiking and cross-country skiing, guests will find a variety of trails at the nearby Roaring Run Natural Area, Laurel Hill State Park, Kooser State Park, Bear Run Nature Reserve, and Ohiopyle State Park. At the latter, guests will also find trails for biking, horseback riding, and snowmobiling, and they can go whitewater rafting, canoeing, and kayaking on the Youghiogheny River.
Guests will find ample opportunities for birdwatching and wildlife viewing at all of the above-mentioned natural areas. Bear Run Nature Reserve, for example, is home to 54 species of birds. To see a variety of animals up close, guests can visit nearby Living Treasures Animal Park.
