Cooksburg

Get out of the big city for awhile and explore the great outdoors in and around Cooksburg, Pennsylvania. Optimally located along the banks of the Clarion River in Clarion County, and in proximity to several wilderness areas—not the least of which is Allegheny National Forest—glampers will find themselves totally immersed in nature and surrounded by Mother Nature at her very best. Allegheny National Forest is Pennsylvania’s only national forest, and a true gem worthy of exploring. Spanning over half a million acres in northwestern Pennsylvania, the forest is home to the Kinzua Dam, Allegheny Reservoir, Minister Creek, and numerous trails and pathways for hiking, biking, and more. Needless to say, there is no shortage of things to do, see, and explore in and around Cooksburg.
