This exceptional, waterfront retreat is set amid the mountains of Southwest Virginia and perfect for a family getaway. With views of the serene New River Valley and a delightful indoor fireplace, families will find this rental to be the ultimate camping escape. It can sleep up to four guests with one bedroom and plenty of sleeping space. This bedroom comes furnished with a queen-size bed and the living room is set with a queen-size sofa bed. The kitchen offers up a microwave, an oven with a four-burner stovetop, and a refrigerator. This luminous kitchen spaces also offers light, pine cabinetry and opens up to a lovely dining space for up to four. The living area is set with vaulted ceilings, as well as cable television with a DVD player and views of the private lawn. Glampers will adore the private deck, which overlooks New River. There is also a picnic table provided for outdoor dining.

Outside, guests will have a covered porch, a lawn with a picnic table and an in-ground fire pit. Guests are asked not to have their pet from doing any damage to the premises. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may be deducted from the security deposit or charged against the security deposit waiver. Pets are not allowed on bedding or furniture. Any indication of such can result in an additional charge for added laundry service.
Guests are asked to keep their pet from annoying, endangering or inconveniencing other guests. Guests are asked to not leave pets unattended inside the cabin without being crated. Those who do not want the inconvenience of bringing a pet crate, this property will provide a crate at no additional charge.
Check-in policies are as follows.
Four days prior to arrival, guests will receive an email from the host with the lock box code and directions to the property. Glampers will simply key in the code in order to receive their key. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm.
Check-out policies are as follows.
Guests should leave premises in neat and undamaged condition. All dishes should be washed and put away, food must be removed from refrigerator and cabinets and doors and windows should be closed and locked. Lights and television should be turned off and furniture should be in the same position is was upon arrival.
Guests must leave the guest key when checking out of the cabin, either hang the guest key on the hook by the cabin door or leave it where it was originally found in the lock box.
