The room is adjacent to the wraparound veranda with the most amazing views of the backyard gardens and the historic 1875 barn on the trout stream.
Outside, visitors will be able to enjoy all the common areas of the Inn, such as the cozy den, the warm living room, the dining room, the tea and coffee bar, the solarium, and the grounds and streams bordering the property.
This gorgeous, historic property offers the opportunity to socialize with other guests in its many common areas. The dining room serves breakfast for all guests at nine in the morning. Prior to that, visitors can enjoy what the Tea & Coffee Bar has to offer 24 hours a day.
The den, which is the original room of the Inn, has a satellite TV, DVD player, as well as games, puzzles, books and cozy armchairs. Wi-Fi connection and a phone is also available, and the formal parlor is now a warm living room furnished with sofas and chairs to relax and enjoy a good conversation too.
On the east end of the Inn, visitors will find the solarium, which is a wonderful place to spend sunny afternoons in a plant-filled, glass-enclosed area built in 1853.
There are secluded benches among the trees and flowers, from where guest can see a wide stream flow behind the property.

This spectacular area features the Goshen Pass, four miles from town, which is a natural wonderland for hiking, fishing, picnicking, kayaking, camping, photography, bird watching and plenty more. Visitors can also explore the George Washington National Forest, the Goshen-Little North Mountain Wildlife Management Areas and the hot springs that have been an attraction for centuries. Natural Bridge is a beautiful 39-mile drive from Goshen. The 1853 home is steeped in railroad history, and although the trains no longer stop in Goshen, an occasional train passes in front of the Inn.

This glamping site is truly wonderful. Guests will find the best places to meditate surrounded by nature, and beautiful trails to explore the mountains, valleys, and towns of Rockbridge County and more. There are several museums for those who are into history and antiques. The property itself has a lot of historical value, as the original two rooms were built in 1780 and the remaining rooms 1853.
From biking to fishing, kayaking and golfing, the location offers thousands of activities for every taste, including wineries and great restaurants. Even animal lovers will be satisfied in this area. For those who are not fond of the outdoors, the Inn has the coziest environments to enjoy good books and films with a cup of hot tea or coffee.
