This is the perfect four-season property, with an abundance of outdoor activities to choose from no matter the temperature outside. In the winter, the Massanutten Ski Resort is a perfect place for families to spend the day. Guests can start the morning skiing or snowboarding on the many groomed trails or freestyle terrain parks. Then in the afternoon, they can head over to the snow tube park or the ice rink, also in the Massanutten Ski Resort.

In the spring and summer season, guests are right nearby the Shenandoah National Park, where they can easily fill their days hiking, biking, and more. The park has over 500 miles of trails, but some suggested hikes from the National Park Service include the Sugarloaf Circuit, the Snead Farm Loop, Overall Run Falls, Jones Run, Turk Mountain, and the list goes on. The park is the perfect place to take a picnic and spend the day exploring the woodlands and stopping to take in the scenic views of the surrounding Shenandoah Valley. Other outdoor activities include rafting or tubing on the Shenandoah River, biking, kayaking or canoeing, and so much more.
