The recently remodeled cabin has many modern features, as well as heating and air conditioning to keep the cabin comfortable at any time. The cabin features a beautiful, comfortable living area that has a sofa, a large comfortable reclining chair, and a television for DVDs only. The kitchen has been upgraded with brand new appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, a stove, oven, and all other small appliances, such as a coffee maker and a microwave. There is also plenty of cabinet space, as well as basic pots, pans, and tableware. A dining table and four chairs are provided.
The new bedroom features a full-size bed, nightstand, and lamp, a chest of drawers, and a beautiful antique mirror. Bed linens, blankets and pillows are provided so glampers do not need to worry about bringing these with them. Off of the bedroom, there is a private bathroom with a brand new bathtub and shower combination, as well as a granite topped vanity. Guest towels are also provided.
The staircase to the loft is very steep and is not recommended for older guests or the very young. The loft has a catwalk down the middle of the roofline and a small sleeping area at each end, featuring two double beds.
The porch offers gorgeous views of the mountains, and there is a set of Adirondack wooden furniture and a porch swing for lazy summer afternoons. A barbecue grill and grilling utensils are provided for outdoor meals. Off to the side, there is a stone fire pit for building campfires and a wooden picnic table for alfresco dining. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained with indigenous fruit trees and flowering plants.
There is a one time cleaning fee of $30 and a pet fee of $25 per night.
All cabins have electricity, heating and air conditioning, running water, and working bathrooms and kitchens. All cabins supply pots and pans, bed linens, shower linens, basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap), DVD players, outdoor fire pits, and small charcoal grills for outdoor cooking.
The nearest supermarket is The Food Lion on US Highway 29 in Lovingston—a half hour drive from the property. There are some small convenience stores in the area, the closest being about four miles away in Montebello should guests require anything for their rental.

Hiking Crabtree Falls is also not to be missed. With various viewpoints and trails, this will provide glampers with ideal spots to practice their photography skills. Glampers can also kayak, canoe, white water raft, simply take it easy and fish around the various rivers and lakes.
Further afield, glampers can explore vineyards on horseback, before sampling some of the regions delicious wine. Shopping, spa treatments, and golfing are also popular activities. In the winter, head to Wintergreen Ski Resort for some skiing, snowboarding, and other winter sports.
