This rustic cottage rental is set on 13 acres of land along the Corrotoman River and is located in Weems, Virginia. The cottage can accommodate up to 10 people and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second has a futon bed, and the third bedroom has a full-size bed and two twin-size beds. The fourth bedroom has one full-size bed and three twin-size beds. There is one bathroom that is a shower and two bathrooms that have bathtub/shower combinations. Linens and towels are provided.

The living room has leather sofas, a wood table, and a fireplace, while the dining area is enough for eight to 10 people. The kitchen has three ovens, a refrigerator, and island seating for three people.

Other amenities include board games and free Wi-Fi. Outside, there's a furnished porch and a screened porch with panoramic views of the river. There's also a fire pit by the river to roast some marshmallows.

Two crab traps, nets, and several fishing poles are available, and the gas barbecue is complete with a side burner to cook up any fish caught here. A riverside fire pit is available for cooking hot dogs, s'mores, or just keeping toes toasty. A large field, complete with a soccer net, is adjacent to the accommodation but also accommodates those interested in bocce ball, flag football, croquet, and golf. There area washer and dryer in the kitchen, and parking and free Wi-Fi available on-site.

Guests are within a 20-minute drive from the Chesapeake Bay, where they can fish and boat on. There are various small towns in the area, such as Ditchley and Hardings. The major city of Richmond is less than a two-hour drive and is a historical city where glampers can visit the Edgar Allen Poe Museum and American Civil War Museum. There are also parks to hike in such as Forest Hill Park. A little over a two-hour drive is Great Dismal Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, where guests can fish and boat in Lake Drummond. There are also biking and hiking trails in the refuge. There is a deep water (8-9-MLW) dock with electricity and fresh water. A canoe is available for guests
