The tents will be furnished according to group size with small tables, area rugs, lamps, and electricity, and a twin mattress, a queen-size futon, and full-length camping pads are all available. Linens are provided, but guests must bring their own towels.

Do not miss out on the incredible view of the Potomac River from the incredible 60' overlooking deck. The bathhouse, for all glampers, has four full individual clean bathrooms which each include a hot shower, sink and flush toilet, outdoor shower, and outdoor sink/laundry tub for washing.

The onsite River Kitchen is fully functioning with a sink, double over, stove top, microwave, coffee pot, fridge, freezer, ice maker, and dishware. The dining area has room to seat 20-24 guests. Guests do no have to worry about the temperature in the dining room when there is air conditioning and a heater. From the restaurant, guests will get a fabulous view of the river.

For parties or weddings, this glamping site will provide a tent that can seat up to 50 guests. While it includes tables and chairs, the entire cost of the event runs up to $175 for one to two days. More information can be given when calling the property to organize party details.

Let's not leave out the majestic quarter mile of riverfront that glampers have complete and private access to. Perfect for kayaks, canoes, and tubes, the ponds and pools along the riverfront are a great area for glampers to enter the water and encounter some river wildlife. With plenty of space for relaxation and ball fields for games, glampers will absolutely love the facilities at this glamping site.
