This traditional lakefront cabin rental lies directly on the shores of Au Train Lake, near the Hiawatha National Forest in the tranquil Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Those who stay at this cabin will be amazed by the convenient lake access, as well as the peaceful surroundings.
Able to sleep up to nine guests, this cabin includes three comfortable bedrooms, one containing a queen-size bed, the other two each containing a double-size bed. There is also a spacious loft which is fitted with three single-size beds. The host provides bedding and linens; however, guests must provide their own towels.
The kitchen, dining room, and living room can be found on the ground floor. With vaulted wooden ceilings, rustic decorations, and a wood-burning fireplace, guests will be able to put their feet up after a long day and appreciate the authenticity of their accommodation. The living area features comfortable furniture, a television with cable access, and a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals. Just behind the dining area lies the kitchen, where guests can find a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, and a coffeemaker, as well as cooking utensils, cutlery, and pots and pans.
Outside, guests can utilize the privacy of their own small sand beach right next to the cabin, complete with a fire pit to cook s'mores and swap stories around, or enjoy the shared game facilities provided by the property just steps away from the accommodation.
Inside, the property features everything guests will need for a great outdoor lakefront getaway. Guests will find the luxuries of a full kitchen with everything they will need to prepare meals for themselves throughout their stay. Cable television access is included so guests don't have to miss their favorite shows. Bedding and linens are provided, however, guests must bring their own towels. A laundry room can be found on the property which guests can access at anytime.
Outside, guests can enjoy the use of a gas grill and picnic tables to enjoy eating outside with family and friends. For those who like to play, there are horseshoe pits and a volleyball and basketball court, while for those who prefer to pamper themselves on holiday, there is a sauna to unwind in. The sauna and games facilities are shared among all guests.

The beaches on Lake Superior are excellent for sunbathing or having a picnic, while the Au Train River is great for many types of fishing.
