Outdoors, there is an area by the lake´s sandy shore for a campfire and stargazing at night. The property has 300 feet of private shoreline with a sandy beach for swimming. Rowboats, paddleboats, and canoes are included.

This resort has Wi-Fi, cable television, a fax service, playing cards, board games, a library, and a coin-operated laundry facility that is open 24/7. Quarters are available in the office. There is a trash bin outdoors, and extra trash bags are available in the office.

There is a larger freezer available if guests do not have enough space in their freezer for the fish they catch. There is a convenient fish cleaning station located outside the laundry room and near the lake. The property has 300 feet of private shoreline with a sandy beach for swimming.

There are plenty of outdoor activities both on and off the property. Guests can go fishing in Farmer Lake, which has walleye, bluegill, bass, panfish, perch, and northern pike. Gasoline or electric motors are permitted on the lake. There are numerous other fishing opportunities in the local area, where there are 52 inland lakes.

There are plenty of hunting opportunities in the Upper Peninsula. Some hunting species include the black bear, elk, white-tail deer, wild turkey, grey and red fox, coyotes, rabbits, squirrels, waterfowl, and upland game birds. The property has 300 feet of private shoreline with a sandy beach for swimming, and there are beach toys for children.

Guests can play basketball, carpet ball, and tetherball on the premises. There is an area by the beach for a campfire and stargazing at night. The host can advise guests when the Northern Lights are visible. Marquette Country has more than 500 miles of well-marked and groomed snowmobile trails, and the host provides an extensive groomed trail system will take guests across frozen lakes and streams, snow-covered fields, and through the forests.
