This is a cute room located within a Historic Hotel in Bay View Petoskey, Michigan. Rooms have a private bath with shower, Wi-Fi, AC, and TV. Breakfast is served each morning from 8 to 10 a.m. These rooms are sleeping rooms, cozy, furnished with original cottage antiques, clean and comfortable. Our 1911 hotel is located on a bluff within Victorian Cottage Neighborhood and Association of Bay View. The Inn is open year round and the rest of Bay View closes November to May. Winter offers outdoor skiing, skating and Petoskey downtown bustles throughout the Holidays. Rooms are for double occupancy only. The restaurant is open daily in summer and weekends off -season. Reservations are encouraged. There is plenty of room in the lobby and porches and terrace and dining room for hanging out with a cocktail or book or game of cards
Surrounding the inn are colorful Victorian Gingerbread cottages and gardens and a walkway over the highway to the private beach. Pedestrian paths along the shoreline and to downtown are perfect for taking in a leisurely stroll to downtown.

In the warmer months of the year, nature enthusiasts can head to Petoskey State Park where they will be able to hike, bike, kayak, or and admire the beautiful flora and fauna as they go along. Glampers feeling a bit more adventurous can go skydiving, zip-lining, or take a canopy tour as they admire the stunning views from high above the ground. Water sports lovers can head to nearby rivers or lakes to go boating, kayaking, canoeing, or jet skiing, while keen fishermen can cast their lines in Round Lake and try to reel in smallmouth bass, northern pike, or walleye.
Wine aficionados can take a leisurely hike before heading to local wineries to spend the afternoon touring and tasting around Bay View Wine Trail, located just around the property. During the winter months, guests can venture to the beautiful countryside, Wild Wood Trails, just five minutes away, to enjoy free cross country skiing. Glampers can also visit Petoskey Winter Sports Park, where they will be able to go sledding and ice skating, while avid skiers and snowboarders can make their way down the powdery slopes at Nubs Nob Ski Resort before heading back to the property to sip on hot cocoa.
