This modern cottage rental is located along the lakeshore in Union Pier, Michigan, and is perfect for groups or families, easily accommodating six guests. The cottage has two bathrooms and two bedrooms in total. The first bedroom features one queen-size bed while the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a single rollaway bed for the fifth guest and the sofa can be used for sleeping the sixth guests. Both bathrooms have a toilet and a combination bathtub/shower. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water for guests coming in off the beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests will need to cook delicious meals. There is a four ring stove, a coffeemaker and filters, a coffee grinder, a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator, an icemaker, a gas stove, a toaster, dishes, and utensils. There is also a dining area with seating for six guests.

The interior environment cleverly mixes the use of original artwork, artifacts, and antiques in a playful way that captures the essence of coastal living. French doors lead from the kitchen to a side patio, which is adjacent to the beach path. Fenced for privacy, guests can enjoy outdoor dining while listening to the waves crashing onto the shore. Vintage style wicker furniture sits under the pergola covered deck and is an inviting spot to spend the late afternoon relaxing with a good book and a beverage. A seating is nestled by the firepit for late evening star gazing. This is a cottage that will have guests thrilled that they chose for sharing with loved ones.

There is a beautiful private garden at this property, surrounded by pine trees and beach grasses. The backyard houses a hot and cold beach shower, while the side courtyard is outside the kitchen doors and is used for barbecue grilling. There are four garden chairs, four beach chairs, and a table for outdoor dining and relaxing. Furthermore, guests can be pleased to know there is a bicycle and a small cooler available for usage. Additionally, there is a walkway to the water making trips to the beach super easy.

There is central air-conditioning and gas heating throughout the accommodation, as well Wi-Fi. Guests are not required to bring their own hairdryer, towels, or linens as these are kindly provided by the host. Private parking is available on the driveway of the glamping property as street parking is unavailable.

For entertainment, guests can find a flat-screen television with satellite in the living room, along with a DVD player, a CD player, books, games, toys, and a stereo.

This location is perfect for recreational activities. The beach is in front of the glamping accommodation making it super easy for day trips there. Guests can sunbathe on the sand, or go snorkeling, fishing, swimming, boating, paddleboarding, and much more—there's something for everyone's taste.

During their stay, glampers can visit wineries and art galleries and go antiquing and berry picking. Dine at restaurants such as the highly acclaimed Timothy's, a short walk down Lakeshore Road or the landmark Redamack's for a hamburger and shake. Similarly, they can just kick off their shoes and leave their footprints in the sand, get lost in the glow of a fiery sunset, doze off with the warmth of the sun on their face.

For those who love city trips, why not check out the beautiful city of Kalamazoo which is one hour by car—filled with incredible points of interest, as well as shops, restaurants, cafes, golf courses, nature trails, and parks. Kalamazoo Valley Museum, Kalamazoo Institute of Arts, and The Henderson Castle are just a few attractions that guests can check out.
