Giants Ridge lodge rental for a romantic getaway
This historic log cabin rental was first constructed in 1890 and has been beautifully renovated to create a romantic skiing getaway near Giants Ridge, Minnesota. It can accommodate up to three guests and it's perfect for a romantic vacation to the Minnesota outdoors. The two-story cabin features a spacious master bedroom that comes with a full platform bed in the loft area.
Downstairs, guests will find a snug kitchen area that includes an oven, a microwave, and a farm sink, as well as a cool bar area. The living area has a cozy sofa next to the glass-covered wood-burning fireplace which keeps the cabin warm year-round along with its in-floor heating. The bathroom is tucked away under the staircase and features a shower, a sink, and a hand basin, and the wrap-around porch offers great views of the surrounding forests.
The barn home rental comes with free Wi-Fi service and free parking for cars, RVs, and trailers. It also features heating and air conditioning, a wooden stove, and a fire pit for guests to enjoy campfires under the clear Minnesota skies. Biwabik makes for an ideal glamping location, thanks to its close proximity to various resorts and easy access to the outdoors. The Giants Ridge Recreation Area is the perfect place for skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing and in summer guests can rent kayaks, canoes, and fishing gear for some of the county’s best water sports. The Mesabi Bike Trail allows visitors to cycle through some of the state’s most scenic landscapes passing through lush forest, streams, and creeks while teeming with wildlife. There are several golf resorts near the property for a more relaxing day out or guests can take a stroll along the beaches of Embarrass Lake.
