Linens, towels, and bathrobes are kindly provided by the hosts.

Throughout the accommodation, guests will find aspen wood accents and luxurious, elegant touches with a rustic flair. In the fully-equipped kitchen, guests will find everything they need to comfortably cook up meals all trip long, including a large refrigerator and a unique handmade dining table for two. Meanwhile, in the living room, there is a sofa, mosaic tables, cable TV, and a stereo. Other modern amenities in the loft include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, board games, and storage space.

To enter the loft, guests must pass through the shared breezeway entrance, but outside of this entrance lies a lovely courtyard for dining which is surrounded by the property's gardens and has views of Dixon Lake. When guests walk through the gardens, they'll reach the lake and its natural sandy shoreline where they'll find lounge chairs, a floating dock, a grilling terrace, a log swing, and a hammock—giving glampers plenty of options to relax. Kayaks, a paddleboat, life jackets, and bikes are provided.

The very popular rental is a real tree house with fantastic panoramic views, a queen-size bed, sitting area, electricity and lights with a sauna. Outside, guests will find a variety of shared amenities, including a lakeside veranda, a gas barbecue, a water spigot, and a fire pit for a camping kitchen. Guests will have a private full bath with toiletries and robes in the host's home, the entrance to which is just under the tree house. Lounge chairs, a hammock, a log swing, firewood, and sky chairs are provided. There is a sandy beach and a fishing dock, as well as a floating dock and float mattresses. Kayaks, a paddleboat, life jackets, and bikes are provided.

Dixon Lake and the surrounding area offer many outdoor activities and wildlife viewing all year round. The fall colors are exceptionally beautiful, and guests can go canoeing or kayaking and take scenic photos and see trumpeter swans. Guests can also go fishing right off the dock or go hunting for grouse, duck, bear, and deer.

The spring and summer are great for birdwatching, biking, hiking, boating, kayaking, canoeing, windsurfing, and swimming. In June and July, there are plenty of berry-picking opportunities at Blueberry Meadows, Lavalier's Berry Patch, and Lunemann's Luney Berries Strawberry Farm.

In the winter, guests can explore the Avenue of Pines Snowmobile Trails, which are considered as some of the best-groomed trails in the Chippewa National Forest. On the property, guests can explore the surrounding trails or just relax by the fireplace in front of the windows facing the lake. To unwind at the end of the day, guests can treat themselves to a massage.
