This cozy, tranquil bed and breakfast is located near Harrisonville, Missouri and can accommodate up to six guests. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has a four-poster king-size bed, a wardrobe housing a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a vanity/dressing table, and a sizable closet. There is another closet hiding two bunk beds. All beds have comfortable new mattresses and ample pillow selection, ensuring a good nights sleep for all. There are two floor mats for additional sleeping space and also a portable crib for those with small children. The bathroom is spacious and features a separate toilet room and a tub/shower combination. Basic toiletries are provided as are plush towels and washcloths.
In the living room, guests will find a leather furniture set where they can cozy up by the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace. There is also a large wall-mounted TV equipped with satellite and a DVD player. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. Small appliances include a microwave, a toaster, blender, crockpot, and a coffeemaker. All dishes and utensils are provided as well as some basic pantry items. The nearby dining table will seat six or expand to eight.
Outside, there is a large covered patio with a table and chair set. Guests are welcome to use the gas grill as well as help themselves to the firewood for stocking the wood fireplace.
This cozy getaway comes equipped with everything guests will need for a convenient and relaxing stay. Air conditioning and heating moderate the temperature, while Wi-Fi keeps guests connected. A private parking area is available just in front of the property.
For entertainment purposes, the hosts also provide board games, books, and movies for inside and badminton, basketball, and Frisbee for outside.

Lee Summit is 30 minutes from the property and is a lovely place to visit with its abundance of parks with inviting trails and boardwalks through the forests. Overland Parks offers tennis and playgrounds and a trip to Wild Acres Lake is ideal for fishing.
Kansas City is bustling with excitement. A day or two can easily be spent in the city exploring museums, visiting the Kansas City Zoo or joining one of many tours.
