This rustic cabin rental is located near Meramec State Park, Missouri, and can accommodate six guests. It has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. This cabin is located in Sullivan, Missouri, where it is situated on a peaceful, expansively lawned property with a large backyard that borders Meramec State Park. Guests can see the woods of the park right from the cabin's back deck, and deer can frequently be spotted visiting the property. To access the park's network of trails, guests have only to walk through the backyard and into the woods. Encompassing 6,896 acres of hardwood forests, glades, and more than 40 limestone and dolomite caves, which are home to a variety of bats, including eastern pipistrelle, northern long-eared, little brown, Indiana, and gray bats.

Less than two miles to the northwest, guests will find Cane Bottom, which provides the nearest access point to the Meramec River. The cabin is about eight miles from Fisher Cave, 12 miles from Meramec Caverns, and 23 miles from Onondaga Cave. It is about six miles from downtown Sullivan, where guests will find a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. The cabin is one hour and 15 minutes from Saint Louis, where the nearest international airport is located.

The property adjoins Meramec State Park boundary, with hiking trails, bicycling, river access for swimming, fishing and floating (rafting, kayaking, canoeing, tubing). There are caves, such as Fisher Cave. Meramec Caverns and Onondaga Cave.
The park has a 13-mile network of trails. Missouri has 2 very long trails, with short sections nearby. One is the Ozark Trail, which starts in Leasburg, Mo. only a 25 minute drive to the trail head. It's a really nice hiking trail, in the Ozark Mountains, mostly woods and hilly. The other is the Katy trail, made on an old railroad route, more for bicycles, but hikers are welcome, it runs along the Missouri river. Access to the Katy Trail is to the north side of the Missouri River, at the small town of Dutzow, a 45 minute drive.
There is ziplining at Caveman Zipline, golfing at Sullivan Golf Club, and seeing a variety of wildlife at the Riverside Wildlife Center or Wild Adventures Park in Stanton.
Bird watching and seeing deer can be done from the backyard.
There are breweries and wineries in the area.

The house is on well water. It is not chlorinated. If this bothers you, bring bottled water.
AT&T and probably Verizon have cell phone coverage. A landline provides local calls and 911 service. Free WiFi.
Pets are not permitted.
Early check in and Late check out is allowed with advance request if possible.
Firewood is provided, 1 load per night is allowed, you may add a log or two to the campfire provided. Please keep the campfire small and within the fire ring as there is no fire department in Miramiguoa Village. Guests may pick up dead fall for their fire. No cutting of trees is allowed.
Smoking is allowed outside only.
An additional cleaning fee will be charged if dishes are left unwashed, excessive mess, or damage to the property.
