This charming pet-friendly cottage is located in Dawson, North Dakota, close to Lake Isabel, and can accommodate up to eight guests. There are four attractive bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The entire cottage has been beautifully restored and modernized while retaining all of its Victorian character and charm. In the stylish bathrooms, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower or bathtub. One of the bathrooms features a luxurious two-person jetted tub. Freshly laundered linens and towels are provided by the host.
In the living room, guests will find comfortable sofa space, and an inviting gas fireplace, for those chilly evenings. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with all of the appliances and utensils guests will need for preparing delicious food. For breakfast, snacks, coffee, and chats, the kitchen area has a breakfast bar, or there’s a formal dining room, for long, relaxed meals. Other amenities in the cottage include a handy washer and a dryer for laundering clothes.
Outside, there is a private, covered front porch, with comfy patio furniture, including a swing. Glampers will also benefit from a grassy yard area, with flowers and trees, which provides the perfect space for kids and pets to run and play.
Guests traveling by car will be pleased to know that there is plenty of parking available on the premises. All of the accommodations feature their own private outdoor space, where glampers can relax and enjoy the scenic setting. Every cottage has a handy washer and dryer for laundering clothes, and the property is pet-friendly, so four-legged companions can share in the glamping experience.

In the winter, the area is superb for cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. Golfing enthusiasts can play a round at the Cottonwood Golf Course, which is less than 15 minutes from the property. History buffs will love the Redline Tour, which is a scenic 35-mile drive, taking in the sites of civil war-era battles. Glampers wishing to do the tour can get a map and information from the visitor center in Dawson. The Lakeview Bar & Grill, located less than three miles from the property, is worth a visit. The food is great, and the place boasts the world's biggest chicken and the windmill that featured in the movie "Dances with Wolves". Nature lovers can get their fix of bird watching and wildlife viewing at the nearby Slade National Wildlife Refuge. This 3000-acre expanse is home to an array of beautiful plants, animals, and birds. Those who enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment need only to travel 45 minutes by car to arrive in the state capital of Bismarck, where they can find well-known stores, restaurants, movie theaters, concerts, and sporting events.
