There is a beach ideal for swimming, several docks perfect for catching some fresh fish, and a beach volleyball court for some friendly competition. Guests can stay equally as active in the winter thanks to the abundance of snow that blankets the area and the thick ice that forms on the lake. Cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowmobiling, and ice fishing are just a few ways to enjoy time outdoors during the winter months.

The Big Stone Lake Area is a mecca for avid outdoorsmen, fishermen, hunters, and birders.
